“The house worked brilliantly for holidaying with four families; there is so much space for happy, concurrent activity: by the pool, on the tennis court, reading under the trees or playing chess on the terrace; everyone was content. The layout has been perfectly thought through and the design is delightful. The house was immaculately presented both inside and out.
We enjoyed the very peaceful location and yet we also appreciated that we were well situated for visiting the whole island. We found several fantastic local restaurants and we enjoyed bbq evenings on the pool terrace followed by a night time swim. A few of us also explored the well signposted footpaths for early morning runs to the beach. We returned home universal in our intention to re-book.”

“We spent a wonderful week at Binicalsitx. It is a very pretty, very comfortable house with beautiful furnishings and a lovely courtyard for dining al fresco. There are lots of different areas to sit in and eat in which makes it very attractive and means one can find time for oneself if desired. The pool was refreshing and the perfect size. The area is rural and access to Alaior for shopping is incredibly easy and it is no distance to go out to restaurants and beaches. We loved the house so much we hardly moved while we were there but the island has a lot to offer. We will be returning next year as we enjoyed it so much.”

“We could not have wished for a better place to hide away from the constant onslaught of Brexit and Covid news back home. Binicalsitx is a haven, tucked away just outside Alaior, in the centre of Menorca, set in 56 hectares of unspoilt Menorcan natural countryside. Really well positioned for a quick trip to Mahon (the charming capital) and either the south or north coast beaches, of which there are plenty to chose from. The house is a beautifully converted, large farmhouse, full of character and decorated as a home not a rental villa. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, much nicer than air con. The outside has about four different spots for sitting around, eating or drinking, from a lovely quiet garden setting to a funky lounge area to watch the sunset. There is a fabulous pool, about 15m long, good for cooling off and large enough to exercise in, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. A great astro tennis court and table tennis kept us busy too.”

“We loved our stay at Binicalsitx and really enjoyed Menorca. The house is fabulous and so much great attention to detail. The children loved their attic room, it was such a feature and perfect for our four. Everything worked so well such as hot water, TVs, wifi etc etc so it was a relaxing time. The wild tortoises were also a major hit and Belen the tennis coach was great too. We fully explored the island as the weather was a little bit up and down but actually that was a delightful surprise. I can see why you bought there as the people are lovely and it feels relaxing (unlike its close neighbours!). Ann was excellent and we loved meeting Sandi the cook who dropped in some delicious food for us. We would definitely like to return one time.”
